AI & AGI
Foundation models, neural-interface technology, autonomous decision systems and the laboratories building toward general intelligence.
A private investor education program on structured access to unlisted equity in artificial intelligence, AGI, robotics, space and drone companies — designed with capital protection, tokenized liquidity and institutional governance.
Foundational AI, AGI laboratories, autonomous robotics, orbital infrastructure and drone networks are compounding in private markets — out of reach for most investors and unbounded by public-market discipline. Aumnium structures access to that frontier with the safety architecture of regulated finance.
Foundation models, neural-interface technology, autonomous decision systems and the laboratories building toward general intelligence.
Industrial automation, humanoid platforms, surgical robotics and the embodied applications of frontier AI.
Logistics UAVs, surveillance systems, swarm intelligence and the infrastructure of autonomous airspace.
Launch services, in-orbit infrastructure, earth observation and the commercialization of cislunar economies.
Each instrument allocates capital across a Growth Engine of curated pre-IPO holdings and a Safety Engine engineered to anchor downside.
The instruments combine four design principles long reserved for institutional desks — now delivered through a regulated, tokenized wrapper.
50% structural floor on notes; 100% principal guarantee on tokenized bonds with drawdown insurance.
Coupons engineered from option premium, structured carry and curated private-market participation.
Participation in strong tail-outcomes of deep-tech exits with downside framed by the safety engine.
ERC-1400 / DMT standard — blockchain-native issuance, transfer and settlement under DABA.
A six-part private series for accredited investors — covering structure, valuation, tokenization, listing pathways, drawdown insurance and exit mechanics. Delivered by email, every two weeks, with access to the full prospectus on request.
Issued through dual entities in India and Bermuda, with target listings on BSX and SGX within six months of execution — and a put-option remedy if that covenant fails.
Tokenized instruments issued by Aumnium Technology (Bermuda) Ltd under the Digital Asset Business Act, with qualified-custodian custody of underlying private equity.
Bermuda Stock Exchange (Bemind innovation segment) for Series B tokenized instruments; Singapore Exchange for Series A structured notes.
Disputes resolved by SIAC arbitration in Singapore. Compliance with DABA, SEBI and SFA guidelines across the two issuing entities.
Illiquidity of underlying assets. Fifty percent of capital is invested in unlisted startups. While the instruments themselves target listing on BSX and SGX, the underlying private equity may be difficult to realize quickly.
Startup failure risk. The Growth Engine is subject to high volatility and potential total loss. For Series A this directly impacts return (though 50% principal remains protected). For Series B, the insurance policy mitigates principal loss but enhanced yield may not be realized.
Valuation risk. Private equity in AI, AGI, drone and robotics companies is valued subjectively. NAV of tokens and notes may move with private funding rounds and may not reflect realizable value.
Regulatory risk. Investment in foreign unlisted entities by the Indian issuer is subject to FEMA and RBI regulations, including ODI and LRS limits.
Insurance counterparty risk. The 100% capital protection on Series B relies on the solvency of the underlying insurer.
